Wolfe Scott provided Pre-construction and Construction Management services for Gregory College House, which consists of two four-story buildings: Van Pelt Manor and Class of 1925 House.  In addition, there is a new landscaped green between the two buildings.  The project included masonry restoration of both facades, new lobbies and student common areas, as well as renovated student rooms.
