The Philadelphia School required a new main building entrance to the existing school and a gateway from the neighborhood including entryway structures, landscaping, paving, ornamental fencing, signage, lighting and security to be constructed.
Phase II transformed a former industrial site into a new Early Education classroom building that encompassed extensive exterior courtyard play and learning venues to be built.
The Philadelphia School is a co-ed, independent school educating children from preschool through 8th grade. A new main building entrance to the existing school and gateway from the neighborhood including entryway structures, landscaping, paving, ornamental fencing, signage, lighting and security was constructed. The second phase transformed a former industrial site into a new Early Education classroom building encompassing extensive exterior courtyard play and learning venues. The building achieved LEED Silver Certification.
