An existing warehouse took on a new life when Red Lion Surgery Center took it over to become a pediatric dental surgery center with patient waiting rooms, admissions, a patient preparation suite, three operating rooms, post-operation suite including clean and soiled utility spaces. This space also required a new central utility infrastructure and equipment.
